Job summary

United Rentals in Geismar, LA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate the delivery of quality service and maximize branch productivity. You will support the Branch Manager, ensure safety, monitor metrics, and drive Rental Flow efficiency while delivering world-class sales and customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in sales and operations, and 2+ years of supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years of supervision and leadership experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction rental equipment industry.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills; excellent customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecard items and coaching staff.
• Assist sales and customer service to ensure world-class service and process quotations, reservations, and contracts.
• Maximize operational effectiveness and control costs; ensure safety and compliance.
