Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 3 years in retail banking or customer service with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years retail banking and/or customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations and systems; proficiency with basic office software.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches branch staff with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Oversees daily branch operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, audits, and compliance.
• Partners with management to achieve branch sales goals through needs-based conversations and product referrals.
• Represents the Bank at networking, volunteer, and community events to strengthen relationships and support business development.
• Maintains current knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
