Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead branch personnel and support the Branch Manager in daily operations. You will supervise staff, ensure consistent policies, and oversee service quality for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a financial environment or completion of Landmark leadership development program.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use independent judgment.
• Must have or be able to obtain NMLS registration and licensure to sell credit insurance.
• Understand and comply with all applicable policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff; act as manager when needed.
• Ensure members receive high quality, efficient, friendly, professional service.
• Train staff in various duties; oversee scheduling, cash ordering, and branch workflow.
• Serve as a PFO as needed to provide optimum member service.
• Complete and forward all monthly logs timely.
• May attend training at headquarters or off-site locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
