Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to support the Branch Manager in daily operations and lead branch personnel. You will supervise staff, ensure consistent policies, and maintain high standards of service for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a financial environment or completion of a Landmark leadership program.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume setting with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff; act as manager when needed.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, friendly, and professional member service.
• Train staff in duties; oversee scheduling, cash ordering, and branch workflow.
• Serve as a PFO as needed to provide optimum member service.
• Complete and forward monthly logs promptly; attend required trainings.
