Job summary

Marine Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure exceptional member service in Wisconsin. The role includes coaching, training, and handling escalated member issues to drive loan growth and customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, knowledge of banking operations, and a background in financial counseling. Travel may be required as part of supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is highly desired.
• 1+ year of management experience is desired.
• Experience in customer service and leadership training.
• Knowledge of banking deposit operations, lending, and related regulations.
• Certified in Financial Counseling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate branch performance and quality of service for members.
• Lead and mentor branch staff; coach a team to achieve sales and relationship goals.
• Provide escalated member support and assist with complex account issues.
• Assist in training new hires and support onboarding processes.
• Support security and safety reviews of branch facilities and policies.
• Collaborate with RSM on branch supervision and operational efficiency.
