Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to support daily branch operations and reinforce consistent policies. You will supervise staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure excellent member service under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

You will handle scheduling, training, and branch activities with emphasis on confidentiality and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; college degree and NMLS licensure considerations apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• One year supervisory experience in a financial environment or completion of Landmark leadership development program.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; problem solving; organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Must have or be able to attain an NMLS registration and licensure to sell credit insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff; stand in for the Branch Manager as needed.
• Ensure members receive high-quality, efficient, friendly, professional service.
• Train branch personnel and oversee scheduling, cash ordering, and branch workflow.
• Serve as a PFO as needed to provide optimum member service.
• Complete and forward monthly logs to proper personnel in a timely fashion.
• Attend training at HQ or off-site when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
