Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a financial environment or completion of Landmark leadership development program.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use independent judgment.
• Must have or be able to obtain NMLS registration and licensure to sell credit insurance.
• Understand and comply with all applicable policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff; act as manager when needed.
• Ensure members receive high quality, efficient, friendly, professional service.
• Train staff in various duties; oversee scheduling, cash ordering, and branch workflow.
• Serve as a PFO as needed to provide optimum member service.
• Complete and forward all monthly logs timely.
• May attend training at headquarters or off-site locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

NATURE AND SCOPE

Reports to the Branch Manager. Serves as a supervisor to all branch personnel working with the branch manager in order to have consistent policies and procedures. Assists the branch manager in the day-to-day operation of a branch. Supervises the branch in the absence of the branch manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred. Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a financial environment or successful completion of a Landmark leadership development program. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
• Must have, or be able to attain, a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#) and be licensed, or be able to attain licensure, to sell credit insurance.
• Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
