Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee a small branch’s staff and operations. You will coordinate goals with management, supervise daily activities, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering an optimal customer experience.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, staff development, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A.A.S. degree or banking training is required, with travel to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifications

• A.A.S. degree or equivalent banking education/training required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff and daily operations at one or more locations.
• Coordinate branch goals with Branch/District Manager and ensure policy adherence.
• Drive customer service excellence and cross-sell banking products.
• Monitor sales performance and staff engagement; hold regular meetings.
• Open/maintain deposit accounts and oversee loan approvals within oversight.
• Travel to other branches in the area as needed for staffing support.
