Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee branch staff, operations and customer experience under supervision from a Branch or District Manager. The role focuses on sales, compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• A.A.S. degree or equivalent with banking education/training.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum four years of related banking experience.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff and operations to support exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with Branch/ District Manager to meet branch goals.
• Solicit new business and maintain relationships with customers.
• Monitor sales and service performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure knowledge of consumer products and services to meet customer needs.
• Lead staff meetings and training to promote engagement and compliance.
