Job summary

QXO offers a 12-week Summer Internship Program embedded in branches across the United States. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects, learn sales, customer service, and inventory management, and receive mentorship and a final project presentation to leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience in branch operations, working with leaders and teams to understand customers, products, and market priorities, while developing communication and leadership skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028 graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional interactions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and evaluate information.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch priorities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to see how operations connect to the business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
