Job summary

QXO is seeking motivated students for its 12-week Summer Internship Program across Branch Operations in the United States. You will gain hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics while working with leaders and peers.

The program provides defined objectives, mentorship, regular feedback, and a final project presented to QXO leaders. Interns will build business and leadership skills, contribute to real initiatives, and explore long-term career opportunities at QXO.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with graduation window aligned to Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch operations.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and performance.
• Engage in team meetings and cross-functional activities to connect operations to the broader business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, and process improvement.
