QXO is seeking motivated undergraduates for a 12-week Summer Internship across multiple branches in the United States. You will contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on exposure to sales, service, inventory, and logistics, and work with leaders to understand customers and markets.

You will own assigned tasks, use data to drive improvements, and participate in cross-functional activities. The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and a final project presentation to QXO

Formación

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program with anticipated graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Interest in the assigned internship area related to business operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to evaluate information and develop solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day business priorities within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, service, inventory, logistics, and other core activities.
• Work with QXO leaders and teams to understand customers, products, markets and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and branch performance.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to understand how operations connect to the broader business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and inventory management.
