Job summary

QXO is seeking motivated students for a 12-week Summer Internship Program embedded in branches across the United States. Interns contribute to meaningful business initiatives, work with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.

You will receive mentorship, defined objectives, regular feedback, and a final project presented to QXO leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's from an accredited college or university with graduation windows Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Academic focus relevant to the internship or demonstrated interest in the applicable business area.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day business priorities within the assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with QXO leaders to understand customers, products, markets and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data and insights to improve processes and branch performance.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to connect branch operations to the broader business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and inventory management.
• Build relationships with interns, mentors, leaders, and colleagues while developing business and communication skills.
• Seek feedback throughout the program to strengthen performance and professional capabilities.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights and recommendations to QXO leaders.
