Job summary

QXO invites motivated students to join a 12-week Summer Internship Program embedded in branch operations across the United States. You will work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, inventory, logistics, and more, and receive mentorship and regular feedback from leaders.

We seek candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree with strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Academic focus relevant to the internship area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity and learning mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day priorities within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
• Work with QXO leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and branch performance.
