Job summary

QXO is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program across branch locations in the United States. The program provides hands-on exposure to branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics, and other core activities, with mentorship and defined objectives.

Interns will work on meaningful projects, receive regular feedback, and complete a final presentation to QXO leaders showcasing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Interest in gaining hands-on business experience at QXO.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch priorities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations: sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work alongside leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and use data to solve problems and improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities.
• Build relationships with interns, mentors, and colleagues while developing leadership skills.
