Branch Operations internships place you in QXO branches across the United States to learn day-to-day operations, sales, service, inventory, and logistics while collaborating with local leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in the applicable business area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch priorities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with leaders and team members to understand customers, products, markets, and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems, improve processes, and support branch performance.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to see how operations connect to the business.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with interns, mentors, and colleagues while developing business and leadership skills.
• Seek feedback and apply it to strengthen performance.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to leaders.
