Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Associate - Counter & Warehouse Production in Hayden, ID to support daily branch operations, deliver counter and phone service, process orders, receive stock, and prepare products for pickup or shipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle order processing, inventory tasks, packing, and basic hose assembly work, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or counter service helpful.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required in some routes.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and in-person customer service.
• Process sales, quotes, and orders in the system.
• Receive, stock, and inspect incoming products.
• Build hose assemblies and assist with testing.
• Pack, label, and ship orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and comply with safety standards.
• Local pickups/deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
