Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders; maintain accurate documentation and item locations.
• Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory, suppliers, and production schedules.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products; stock in system and proper locations.
• Pull, pick, allocate, and distribute products to fulfill orders; operate RF scanner as needed.
• Package, label, shrink wrap, stage, and ship orders; ensure accuracy and secure shipments.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and quality control; maintain safety standards.
