Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to handle counter and phone service, assist in warehouse and light production, and process orders and deliveries.

You will stock, pick, and ship products, build hose assemblies, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced branch environment. Requirements include a high school diploma, strong customer service, basic math, and forklift eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work with diverse people.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using problem-solving.
• Provide accurate product and basic technical information; learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders; maintain accurate documentation and paperwork.
• Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory levels and production schedules.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming products; stock them to proper locations.
• Pull, pick, allocate, and distribute product to fulfill orders; operate RF scanner as required.
• Build hose assemblies and perform quality checks on assemblies before release.
• Package, label, ship orders using approved methods; ensure shipments are accurate and secure.
