Qualifications

• Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using effective problem-solving.
• Learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders in the system; maintain accurate documentation and paperwork.
• Estimate and communicate order/delivery timelines based on inventory levels and production schedules.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming products; use RF scanner as required.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders; maintain accurate documentation and item locations.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products; stock them to proper locations.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and finishing; perform quality checks before release.
• Package, label, and ship orders; ensure accurate shipments and proper paperwork.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and safety policies.
