Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products Inc is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to provide prompt counter and phone service while handling warehouse and light production duties in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

You will process orders, stock inventory, assemble hose components, and prepare products for pickup or shipment, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Training on ERP systems and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints using effective problem-solving.
• Process sales, quotes, and/or production orders in the system; maintain accurate documentation and paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming products; stock items to proper locations.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and finishing; perform quality checks on assemblies before release.
• Package, label, shrink wrap, stage, and ship orders; ensure shipments are accurate and secure.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts; maintain inventory accuracy.
