Job summary

You will process orders, receive and stock inventory, build hose assemblies, prepare shipments, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment. A high school diploma is required; strong customer service, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn Epicor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software programs (Epicor Prophet 21 a plus).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service; respond to inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders; maintain accurate documentation and paperwork.
• Receive, stock, and locate inventory; build hose assemblies and perform quality checks.
• Package, label, and ship orders; coordinate with carriers and customers.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts and safety compliance.
• Complete required safety training and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
