Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university.
• 7+ years of experience in Bank Service, Operations, and management.
• 4+ years of experience in a Manager/Supervisor role.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• Bank Approved PMP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Manage Branch Certification Program and audits coordination.
• Lead project management initiatives to improve branch processes and productivity.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements and training.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to branch staff and administration.
