Job summary

Central Pacific Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for Oahu locations with potential assignment in Leeward, Windward or Honolulu areas based on business needs.

You will lead and coach a team to meet sales, service and profitability goals while ensuring compliance. The role includes managing a portfolio of High Value Clients and overseeing deposit and loan activities to deliver trusted banking experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. Relevant work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• 3+ years of branch/bank operations experience and sales of retail financial products.
• 3+ years of experience supervising/leading a sales team.
• 2+ years of experience explaining credit product; accepting/closing loan apps.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and inspires a team to meet and exceed financial needs of the community.
• Manage a portfolio of High Value Clients (HVC) to build and retain relationships; cross-sell and refer to partners.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance; manage risk and loss prevention in transactions and accounts.
• Oversee deposits, loans, and other banking operations; lead branch service delivery and staff training.
