Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university.
• 7+ years of experience in Bank Service, Operations, and management experience.
• 4+ years in a Manager/Supervisor role.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch services, operations, scheduling, appointments, and communications.
• Manage Branch Certification Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning for branch teams.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Plan and manage budgets, staffing levels, and staffing/scheduling models; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with Audit, Compliance, and IT for audits and rollout of changes.
