Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3–5 years of branch experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with supervisory skills and public interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in day-to-day branch operations; make decisions during absences.
• Maintain knowledge of Farmers & Merchants products and services; ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and pursue new business via branch referral programs; cross-sell products.
• Provide superior customer service; resolve problems professionally.
• Support cross-training and staff development; assist in personnel issues.
