Job summary

C.A.T. Global Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Columbus to oversee day-to-day branch operations and coordinate all key business metrics. You will lead Branch Supervisors toward target achievement, recruit and train staff, and oversee branch finances in collaboration with ownership.

You will also manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contract reviews with head office while ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and reporting on financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, logistics or transportation related field
• Five years of experience with 3PL transportation or inside brokerage sales
• Proven ability to generate revenue from major customers
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch
• Manage and coordinate all function relating to the business and key operations metrics
• Lead the Branch Supervisors to the accomplishment of their goals
• Recruiting and training of employees
• Direct oversight over financials of the branch
• Work with ownership in creating budgets
• Identify and resolve workplace inefficiencies
