Job summary

You will supervise recruiters and on-site managers, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and unemployment requirements.

Travel to facilities within the territory is required, and you will partner with local recruiters, visit clients, and provide branch reporting to corporate.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff management experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and reporting.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manages Recruiters and On-Site Supervisors/Managers, including recruitment and development.
• Maintains work shift scheduling and approves hours.
• Ensures order fulfillment and partnerships with local recruiting sources.
• Counsels and disciplines staff as needed.
• Oversees payroll processing and payroll reports.
• Monitors office supplies and expenses within budget.
• Visits clients and builds rapport; assists sales with new business.
• Provides client reports and branch performance metrics.
• Leads weekly branch meetings.
