Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch operations and multi-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting and capital planning.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Solid knowledge of safety, compliance and SOP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to all managers, makes decisions and recommendations, maintains profitability and productivity.
• Manage inventory, shipments, customer service, fabrication, and warehouse layout, including proficiency in all software systems; operate warehouse and related equipment as needed.
• Continuously develop and maintain customer relationships, address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintains compliance with applicable government regulations, DOT compliance, and SOPs; ensure environmental health, housekeeping and safety responsibilities are followed.
• Maintains communication between the branch, District/Regional Operations Manager and Sales Team.
• Understanding of P&L, Budget and Capital Planning. Develop multi-year branch business plan.
• Conducts all supervisory responsibilities.
• Maintains a satisfactory rating on Safety and Quality Audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
