Responsibilities include managing branch security, attending meetings, balancing priorities, supporting outside sales, and ensuring timely product shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in management and sales roles.
• Strong problem-solving and objection handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to perform various branch duties and lift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager in overall branch performance and profitability.
• Maintain branch security and opening/closing procedures.
• Attend weekly branch manager meetings and support staff priorities.
• Support outside sales force and assist in account development.
• Generate and execute product shipments and transfers.
• Build orders and maintain inventory knowledge.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage territory call schedule and use data to maximize sales efficiency.
