W.S. Connelly & Co. is seeking an Operations/Branch Support role to assist the branch manager in achieving profitability and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves coordinating shipments, building orders, and supporting the outside sales force while ensuring secure, organized branch operations. Ideal candidates have a proven sales background, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Formación

• Sales experience, demonstrating the ability to convert prospects into customers.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Fork Truck Certified.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Excellent listening skills, self-motivated, with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the branch manager in total branch performance.
• Maintain branch security and open/close procedures.
• Attend weekly branch manager meetings and manage workflow to support staff.
• Build orders and generate product shipments and transfers.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Penetrate targeted accounts and expand sales within the client base.
• Provide over-the-counter and phone assistance and support outside sales.
