Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Supply Chain Management or related field) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience; industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with focus on service and delivery.
• Hire associates and monitor performance.
• Coach and mentor branch staff; set expectations and optimize operations.
• Support sales team in presenting ABC Supply Interiors value proposition.
• Oversee HR at branch level and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Manage storefront and merchandising and in-branch sales.
• Maintain profit and loss accountability and schedules.
