Job summary

Carolina Atlantic Roofing Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all branch operations in Texas. The role focuses on directing staff, managing inventory and loss prevention, and upholding customer service standards.

The candidate will support sales, communicate clearly, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring billing accuracy, while fostering teamwork and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 15-20%.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills; must be flexible and able to change course quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual objectives and expenses budgets for the branch.
• Work with Office Administrator to ensure orders, scheduling and billing are up to date.
• Manage staff hours and schedules based on branch needs.
• Build relationships with staff to maintain high customer service in a team-oriented environment.
• Communicate required reports and goals to all departments.
• Recognize employee achievements and promote engagement.
• Plan and conduct regular staff meetings and branch events.
• Host operations meetings to monitor issues, customer concerns, and safety regulations.
• Ensure staff follow safe work practices and provide adequate support.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the company.
• Interact with customers and leaders to ensure client satisfaction and promote services.
