SRS Building Products – Newnan, GA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations, safety, and revenue growth. You will mentor warehouse staff, drivers, and inside sales teams while fostering a high‑performing branch culture.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial awareness, and strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and branch profitability. This position offers a hybrid work environment with regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a warehouse, distribution, or supervisory/assistant management role.
• Experience in building materials or related industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing company standards and safety.
• Assist in achieving branch revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff and drivers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Collaborate to develop and execute strategic plans for growth.
• Generate and review branch performance reports and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and operational procedures.
