Job summary

LGG Industrial in Conover, NC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration across departments. The role focuses on optimizing efficiency, enforcing safety standards, and driving profitability while delivering high-quality service.

You will oversee teams across warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, and field service where applicable, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or Industrial Distribution preferred; equivalent degrees may be considered.
• 5–7 years of warehousing or production experience.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to interact with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all operational teams including Warehouse/Production, Safety, Quality, Shipping/Receiving, Drivers, VMI and Counter Sales (where applicable).
• Oversee facility operations and ensure alignment with strategic company goals.
• Drive efficient daily execution of orders, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Ensure on time delivery and cost-effective operations to support goals and profitability.
• Implement standardized customer service policies and procedures across the branch.
