Responsibilities

• Maintain branch security and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Attend weekly branch manager meetings and assist staff in prioritizing work.
• Provide backup support and ensure tasks are completed with urgency.
• Solve customer challenges and leverage growth opportunities with team.
• Generate and execute product shipments and transfers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve problems promptly.
• Penetrate accounts and drive sales within the client base.
• Manage call schedules to cover the territory efficiently.
