Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

• Provide high-quality member service consistently.
• Support credit union sales efforts and perform basic transactions for members.
• Consult with members to match products and services to their needs.
• Represent the credit union positively when receiving visitors and guests.
• Handle branch tasks such as answering phones, processing mail, and safe deposit duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established security procedures for member information.
