Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related work experience is preferred.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing a wide variety of TFCU Services to members.
• Promoting TFCU products and services to members by various delivery methods.
• Providing guidance to new and existing members regarding the various credit union services with emphasis on promotions.
• Greeting members and offering assistance as needed while following standard operating procedures.
