Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Midwest City branch is hiring a Branch Operations Assistant. You will deliver top-tier member service, process basic transactions, and assist sales efforts while representing the credit union professionally to guests.

The role emphasizes privacy, confidentiality, and accuracy in day-to-day branch operations, with a focus on teamwork and cross-training across functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year related experience preferred.
• Financial institution experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality member service.
• Support credit union sales efforts and perform basic transactions for members with regard to products and services.
• Consult with members and provide solutions to match their needs.
• Project a positive image as the representative for the credit union to visitors and guests.
• Complete various branch tasks including answering phones, processing mail, and safe deposit duties.
• Ensure all member information and transactions are kept confidential and security procedures are followed.
