Job summary

365 Health Service, LLC is seeking a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee branch operations, implementing company processes and formulating strategies to improve branch performance. The role includes mentoring team members, improving customer service quality, and ensuring compliance while leading new practices.

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm and requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred).

Qualifications

Models and manages the company mission and philosophy of customer service and compliance.
Establishes and maintains effective communication within the office as well as with clients and field personnel.
Oversees office payroll and billing processes.
Maintains and tracks consumer authorizations and eligibility.
Facilitates communication with the office team to address challenges.
Ensures initial and ongoing compliance with applicable federal, state, and legal regulations.
