Clean Team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Buffalo branch, leading Area Managers, Site Managers, and staff to deliver dependable service and branch success.

The role emphasizes labor budgeting, staffing coverage, and maintaining operational efficiency, with collaboration alongside the General Manager to support growth, customer retention, and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous management or operations leadership experience required.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or service industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and employee accountability.
• Comfortable conducting inspections and customer-facing visits.
• Proficient with email, reporting systems, and workforce management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily operations within the branch
• Supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and Staffing Coordinator
• Ensure all customer locations receive scheduled service without interruption
• Monitor labor budgets, staffing levels, overtime, and operational costs
• Review employee timekeeping and labor reporting in Chronotek
• Conduct daily building inspections and customer follow-up visits
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
• Train, retrain, and develop operational employees and leaders
• Coordinate staffing coverage for open shifts and emergency service needs
• Lead daily 4 PM Manager Meetings and hold leadership staff accountable
• Oversee Level Board accounts and ensure corrective action plans are completed
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordination
• Support start-up operations for new customer accounts
• Assist with inventory management, supply deliveries, and operational logistics
• Submit daily operational reports to the General Manager
