Job summary

DASCO Home Medical Equipment is seeking a full-time Branch Operations Manager in the Dayton area to lead daily branch activities, staff development, inventory and customer service. This role ensures productivity, adherence to schedules and achievement of referral and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance management, KPI monitoring, and ensuring HIPAA and accreditation compliance. Occasional after-hours work and on-call support are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree in business management is preferred.
• Two years in medical/insurance/healthcare field operations leadership role is preferred.
• One year DASCO experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of branch operations, including staffing, hours, work assignment, production and reporting.
• Coach and develop branch staff; manage hiring and performance.
• Monitor KPI and progress toward goals; communicate with supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation and applicable regulations.
• Manage outages, staffing shortages and business continuity planning.
