Job summary

Dasco HME LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, staffing, training, inventory and customer service to maximize productivity and meet goals.

You will develop leaders, monitor KPIs, coordinate scheduling, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and act as back‑up on-call as needed.

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday role with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Preference for Associate degree in business management.
• Experience in medical/insurance/healthcare field operations leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, policy adherence and reporting.
• Train, coach and develop branch staff; manage performance and discipline.
