Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans and budgets.
• Manage branch P&L, costs, and financial goals.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and merger/acquisition evaluations.
• Lead policy adherence, performance standards, and staff development.
