Insurance Office of America in Charleston, SC is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Commercial Lines. This role leads the branch operations team, overseeing budgeting, performance, policy implementation, and customer service while partnering with sales leadership. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial insurance, 2+ years of management, and an active P&C license (CISR/CIC preferred). This is a hybrid position with 1–2 days in office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance industry experience
• 2+ years of management / supervision experience
• Active P&C licensing required
• CISR or CIC designation preferred
• Excellent communication and people management skills

Responsabilités

• Direct daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Promote IOA culture and maintain leadership communication.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a qualified operations staff.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and handle operational issues.
