Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Active P&C licensing required
• Exceptional account management skills, with up to 50% of time spent managing a book of business
• Outstanding communication, people management, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and oversee branch team performance
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans for the branch
• Manage branch P&L, costs, and financial goals
• Oversee budget development and adherence
• Develop leadership and succession plans within the branch
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance across the team
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
• Maintain strong relationships with IOA leadership and clients
• Spend up to 50% of time managing an assigned book of business
• Promote IOA values and culture across the branch
