The position requires leadership in New Accounts and Teller functions, with responsibility for delivering personalized customer service and supporting growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch lobby functions and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor lobby staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Provide personalized service to customers and foster strong relationships.
• Act as paying/receiving teller and Personal Banker as needed to support Retail Banking initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing customers.
• Address and resolve operational or customer service issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management to support branch functions.
