Job summary

QNB Bank in Pennsburg, PA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and supervise staff. You will coach the team, ensure service excellence, and drive sales through consultative and cross-selling approaches while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the branch, handling deposits and consumer loans, resolving customer issues, and participating in training sessions and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in a financial organization.
• Able to lift and maneuver 25–30-pound coin bags.
• PA Notary and Medallion Signature Certification.
• Compliance with SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Open, close, and service deposits and consumer loans.
• Coach staff to achieve QNB Service and Sales goals.
• Build customer relationships with courteous, confidential, and professional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and complete training.
