Responsibilities

• Implements, models, and coaches Q2 Service and Sales programs to meet goals and quality standards.
• Ensures prescribed schedules and operating policies are followed.
• Oversees daily office settlement and performs duties as necessary.
• Builds customer relationships and provides prompt, accurate service through consultative selling and cross-selling.
• Opens, closes, and services all deposit products; handles consumer loans as needed.
• Resolves customer problems in a positive and efficient manner.
• Runs the branch in the Branch Manager's absence; opens and closes the branch as needed.
• Supports training events and ensures completion of compliance training.
