Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Universal Banker Certification required.
• Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Must pass background check and SAFE Act compliance.
• PA Notary preferred.

Responsabilités

• Models service and sales programs to meet goals and quality standards.
• Builds customer relationships with courteous, confidential service.
• Evaluates customer needs with open-ended questions.
• Opens, closes and services all deposit products; can disburse loans.
• Balances cash drawer and operates TCR and vault settlements.
• Supports branch operations and training; may join committees.
• Completes compliance training and adheres to regulations.
• Available for all operating hours including holidays and weekends.
• Assumes additional duties as requested.
